The kitchen has everything you could possibly want from a country cottage, even the most discerning chef in your group will find everything they need in this incredibly well-stocked kitchen, crockery, cutlery and glassware are all provided, there’s even a slow cooker.
The dining room is conveniently located next to the kitchen and opens up to the lounge making it the perfect space to come together, with a large oak dining table with Eames style chairs to seat 8, it’s a perfect place for a celebratory lunch or reunion dinner.
The lounge is off the dining room with squashy velvet sofas and comfortable chairs, smart TV, picture windows with uninterrupted views to the local countryside it makes the perfect place to slope off with a good book or to gather round watching your favourite film or play a game.
Sleep, Soak
Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms that can sleep 6 plus 1 cot, and provide ultimate comfort for a great nights’ sleep Hotel quality linen, quality mattresses and black out blinds ensure a restful night for everyone the Master Bedroom is a lovely family room with its king-sized bed, it has the added bonus of an additional single bed and a trundle bed that tucks away giving you ample room for 4 guests if required, it also boasts an en-suite shower room.

There’s an additional separate showeroom on this floor, additionally there is a separate toilet downstairs
Need a little more room? Then why not book our traditional bijou shepherds hut situated in the garden, sleeping 2 guests in a lovely comfy double bed offering additional sleeping
Garden & Hot Tub
Patio doors open out onto a private gravel courtyard garden with both eating and sitting areas.
A private hot tub nestles into the garden for use all year round, that can be added to your stay. From here you can enjoy the views by day or night, sipping something delicious. The garden is secure and private whilst offering great views over open farmland. There is ample off-road private parking directly outside the barn along with cycle storage.
Dogs
As dog owners and lovers, ourselves we know how important a part of your family your dog. Why not bring your dog on holiday with you? It’s good to share the experience with them. We warmly welcome well-trained dogs to stay at Redroofs . We accept a maximum of two dogs free of charge (additional dogs can be added at our discretion).. Redroofs is in a rural location with lots of lovely walks locally from the door. Nottinghamshire has some of the finest rural areas around. There’s no better way to enjoy the local countryside than a leisurely walk with your dog then stopping to enjoy refreshments at some of the picturesque villages around, most local pubs are dog friendly.
